2. Author: coventrypar Date: Sat 5th Jul 2025. 17:01 If Connor Young kicks on from here … we are not relying on Kane and that takes the brakes off for others like Cooper to do their stuff "If you have no kind words to say you should say nothing more at all" Reply |
3. Author: SusieQ Date: Sat 5th Jul 2025. 17:12 Bray too will hopefully get in amongst the goals off the back of a good season up north. Fingers crossed! COME ON YE PARS! Post Edited (Sat 05 Jul 17:12) Reply |
4. Author: Never10yairds Date: Sat 5th Jul 2025. 17:33 I’ve always thought Connor young would kick on if we could create him some decent chances. Sadly last year we lacked the creativity in midfield to get him some chances and he had to live off scraps when he did get minutes. Hopefully we can create a proper pipeline to him this year and get him a double digits goal total in the league. Reply |

6. Author: Buster_Brown Date: Sat 5th Jul 2025. 18:36 Never10yairds, Sat 5 Jul 17:33 I didn’t go to the game today, but I am firmly in this camp. I have seen enough of Young at Edinburgh and with us, to see there is a player there. It was a slog playing up top for us last season, but get the ball into good areas and I do think he has it. 7. Author: Kaiser Date: Sat 5th Jul 2025. 22:14 Sorry but Bray was out of his depth. No better than a Sunday league player on today’s performance. worst player on the park. Reply |

9. Author: par58 Date: Sat 5th Jul 2025. 22:30 Kaiser, Sat 5 Jul 22:14 That`s right, give the new young guy encouragement and plenty of praise!! No wonder the players are advised never to read the tripe posted on here!! Reply |
10. Author: alwaysaPar Date: Sat 5th Jul 2025. 22:34 Kaiser, Sat 5 Jul 22:14 Everyone entitled to their opinion ..... My view was that positionally I thought he was good, he seemed to see situations better than some and passes he made looked worse due to other players not reading the situation the same.... What he certainly showed was that he definitely is not a Sunday league player.... Reply |
11. Author: Parsdaft Date: Sat 5th Jul 2025. 22:40 More a central role than I expected. Settling in with no concerns would be my take. Reply |
12. Author: Dandy Warhol Date: Sat 5th Jul 2025. 22:49 Kaiser, Sat 5 Jul 22:14 Ffs. He`s young and was a standout in league 1 last year, he`s no more a Sunday league player than you`re an OnlyFans big hitter. I don`t wanna go down like disco. Reply |
13. Author: onandupthepars Date: Sun 6th Jul 2025. 00:11 About Keith Bray, who is very welcome here at EEP, I`m pleased we`ve got him. In 2024-2025 he made 37 appearances for ICT scoring 11 goals and was the club’s top goalscorer. 19 years old now, after a battling season. Ref: Alwaysapar, Sat 5 Jul 22:34 Quote [referring to Kelty match]: "My view was that positionally I thought he was good, he seemed to see situations better than some and passes he made looked worse due to other players not reading the situation the same...." Suggesting that he and his teammates didn`t quite gel today, and (not surprisingly this early in the season) may need a little more time to familiarise with each others ways? Ref: Parsdaft Sat 5 Jul 22:40 "More a central role than I expected. Settling in with no concerns would be my take." Exactly. Keith, if you read this - onwards and upwards. On behalf of myself and the very many Pars fans who are rooting for you. Post Edited (Sun 06 Jul 01:18) Reply |

15. Author: Hay Fever Date: Sun 6th Jul 2025. 01:59 Seriously that comment about Bray is one of the most embarrassing comment I’ve ever seen in this site. Some people must question themself if they really are a Pars fan. FFS 🤦🏻♂️ Reply |
16. Author: GG Riva Date: Sun 6th Jul 2025. 05:06 Hay Fever, Sun 6 Jul 01:59 And that`s saying something! There are two broad groups of people; some think before saying something, others just open their mouths and say the first thing that comes into their heads. 🙄 ![]() Not your average Sunday League player. 17. Author: oapar Date: Sun 6th Jul 2025. 07:38 With you GG. Sometimes if you have nothing good to say, say nothing at all. What is the point in a comment like that about a young player? Talk about destroying any confidence he has right at the beginning of the season. The lad has only started with us and will take time to get to know the other players. I really hope he does not read that comment. Reply |
18. Author: Parster Date: Sun 6th Jul 2025. 08:24 Kaiser do everyone a favour and find something else to do on a Saturday and absolutely embarrassing and stupid comment from someone who is obviously a complete bellend Reply |
19. Author: Buster_Brown Date: Sun 6th Jul 2025. 08:43 oapar, Sun 6 Jul 07:38 ….and let’s not forget the huge change in his life away from football. Huge difference between living on the Isle of Lewis to Scotland Central belt. Reply |
20. Author: GG Riva Date: Sun 6th Jul 2025. 08:47 Parster, Sun 6 Jul 08:24 Let`s cut Kaiser a bit of slack here, Parster. I`m guessing he/she is quite young and guilty of posting a thoughtless comment. Calling someone you`ve probably never met a bellend is a bit ironic in a thread about positivity. 🙄 ![]() Not your average Sunday League player. Post Edited (Sun 06 Jul 08:48) Reply |
