48. Author: Raymie the Legend Date: Tue 22nd Jul 2025. 21:16 Yes, JCM did very well. Should Tod have taken one for the team there ? Would have been a red, to be fair ![]() It`s bloody tough being a legend Ron Atkinson - 1983 Reply |

50. Author: Bannockburn Par Date: Tue 22nd Jul 2025. 21:20 The lack of squad depth completely exposed tonight. CB, Goalkeeper, Striker and a winger badly needed. Reply |
51. Author: jake89 Date: Tue 22nd Jul 2025. 21:23 Tod doesn`t seem afraid to get stuck in TBF. I said years ago we should go for Shaw. He used to be pals with one of our players. Can`t remember who though. Reply |

55. Author: CitizenPar Date: Tue 22nd Jul 2025. 21:46 We have a striker who can score from distance and from free kicks, yet he can`t even get a place on the bench. He can`t be that far "off it", surely. If he is a bit behind the others would it not be better giving him some game time before the league starts? Reply |
56. Author: rikaka Date: Tue 22nd Jul 2025. 21:48 Maybe it`s his attitude that`s off Reply |
57. Author: wulliepar57 Date: Tue 22nd Jul 2025. 21:52 Cannot say that was a convincing win ! it was strewn with giving the ball away far too many times and letting Hamilton get up the park , we were a bit complacent and it took a lucky OG to win us the game ! certainly saw tonight where we still need some quality before the league starts , all that said will take the win , a win is a win no matter how you achieve it Reply |
58. Author: Berkey Date: Tue 22nd Jul 2025. 21:54 Much harder game tonight (as expected but Hamilton also much weaker than last season) and a bit of a dose of reality. We’re better than last year but all that means we’re now a mid table championship side but also relying on consistency from a young squad. If we can bring in those 4-5 more experienced players with quality where it counts we’ll surely be in the playoff mix at the top end. Just have to hope they start to come in soon.
