Sounds like another for the development squad and for the future, but certainly sounds interesting reading the article

Plays number 8 or 10 normally.

Watched him maybe 10 times last season, boy is very good.

Livvy fans apparently gutted.
Very promising signing

Do you think he’s good enough for our first team ?

Operating primarily as a central midfielder, Danny describes his role last season as “a bit more defensive. CDM role, but mostly box to box.”

First stab at full-time football -

`The decision to move to Dunfermline was driven by ambition says Danny:- “It was my goal to transition from part-time football into full-time football. I sat down with my agent and we looked at some things. He helped me get the move here. It’s a great set-up here, facilities, football, the standard everything. Everything here is perfect, the pitch at Rosyth is great.`

Fans want instant success but a good team is based on foundations and the fruits will come in the next few years I am certain of that.
I’m more patient than some because of where we’ve been in the past 10 years.

We were at one point handing out only 1 year contracts so no possibility of making any money from any of them.

Now we are stable and at a pivotal point to have a business model for future Pars teams.

If they stay. Fantastic.
If they move on we have cash in the bank for future players.

We all love the loyalty thing of years gone by but we have to live in today’s reality and we are going about it the right way.

Taking on youngsters for development isnt so contentious as when we were developing them in the first team while fighting relegation.
We appear to have the resources to be at least safe whilst developing now.

I actually find it quite encouraging we`re investing in the future instead of investing in, frankly, **** all.

I think this is the route the club will go. We have a management team keen to develop younger players. They can pass on alot of their experience and knowledge. It is good we are attracting talented young players who want to improve their game. Given they put a 16 year old into the first team it demonstrates that if they come to us, they will get their opportunity. It`s a good reputation to have

Livi have a good reputation for developing young players. Hopefully, that will be us, in time?

We have already seen development in the Tod brothers under the new management team, so hopefully.

part of the development in the reserve side but the club might have dropped out of the new under 19/reserve setup this season? sfa site has them in the table but the full set of fixtures for the 19s has been removed completely?
