Hitting them within a metre of the keeper is purely hoping he dives the wrong way. 9 times out of 10 a highly paid professional player should be able to hit the side netting with power, virtually guaranteeing a goal. I’m sure he missed almost a carbon copy in one of the Old Firm games. Rangers will be sent packing tonight, and all the hopes of Scottish football will be on Hibs. It’s another season of glorious failure for Scottish teams in Europe. Not brilliant for the Scottish game in the grander scheme of things, but they only have themselves to blame. c'mon the pars Reply |

Author: Tenruh Date: Wed 27th Aug 2025. 07:02 cammypar 1995, Wed 27 Aug 04:04 The Scottish game is dictated by 2 club`s which are guaranteed European football each year which gives them far greater wealth than all the others.There was a chance to change that 13 years ago but for whatever reason they opted for what we have now. I actually delight when they fail in Europe because let`s face it, most of the club`s in Scotland will never get to play in Europe and enjoy the spoils that the big club`s get. Reply |

I warned them not to get too cocky before their own tie, but there was no telling them that football has a habit of kicking you in the teeth. Ah well..... 😀  Not your average Sunday League player.
