42. Author: Angus_W Date: Sat 23rd Aug 2025. 10:32 Bene did okay……. He’s not a flash player it’s all the basics but he did them well, solid. The defence & Dunn need to sort out who’s coming for what - that was a shambles more than once. ‘Hello my name is Jefferson - I’m happy to be here let’s go!’ Reply |

Author: coventrypar Date: Sat 23rd Aug 2025. 10:42 Parsfangaz … “explain” Last night will prove to be the best lesson … very early in the season … we will learn from that during next weeks debrief. Watch this space. Let’s reread this come season end. "If you have no kind words to say you should say nothing more at all" Reply |

Author: Berkey Date: Sat 23rd Aug 2025. 12:14 Can’t believe bene is getting pelters based on performance last night when mullan was rank rotten, cant even do the basics just now, the lad is struggling big time and could be found at fault for both goals although the keeper didn’t help for the 2nd. Agree on learning curve for Lennon, I would have expected him to have learned a lot about the players from still here from last season but he’s still playing them and even gave a contact to boothe which makes me question if he even knows this league. 52. Author: KnebworthPar Date: Sat 23rd Aug 2025. 13:14 Next team selection will be interesting. Largely he’s stuck with those that finished last season, and to be fair we’ve had two decent results prior to last night. KRH and TOB I would change for Kearney/Bray and Amad. A Tod for Caceres although Lennon may feel Tod deserves another chance. If Kane fit enough then Young drops to the bench too. Reply |
