Author: BlackLight Date: Sat 1st Nov 2025. 14:15 There`s been a few games this season where he`s got the team selection or set up wrong, but he generally holds his hands up and admits when he`s made a mistake, which is pretty refreshing. He doesn`t throw the players under the bus, but he will be objectively critical of them in his analysis, which is also refreshing. It seems like he`s getting a handle on his best starting 11 (15?). If we get a period of stable selections we could go on a decent run. Reply |

He seems to rotate players dependent of the opposition, and niggles that if players played week in week out could lead to longer term injuries. He keeps everyone on board and leaves the door open for fringe players to get game time. You need to keep the squad match fit and sharp so 20-25 minutes game time also keeps players ticking over. We have a good squad with depth so doubt a regular starting 11 will happen. G Wardrope Reply |

Author: usurpar Date: Sat 1st Nov 2025. 16:42 The key to being able to change the starting line up week in, week out, is knowing that every man knows his job and fully understands where he’s playing and who he’s playing with. I think that’s maybe why Amade and Caceres are not currently in the starting line up. They are clearly very talented players but may not quite understand what the manager wants yet. If and when they fit the team plan, we will have a very formidable side. Reply |

Author: neils Date: Sat 1st Nov 2025. 19:22 I`m the same, he`s brought a level of professionalism to us we haven`t seen for years, and the football is great to watch with more to come hopefully.. I still think we will lose some, have some stinkers etc. we are an incredibly young team, but if we are around the playoffs this season, that`s huge progress. Reply |

Can tell he really cares, I think he loves the city, he`s passionate and really into what the club is trying to achieve. I think under him we will get there. As a sideline. | 11. Author: jake89 Date: Sat 1st Nov 2025. 21:20 Cooper is injured. I don`t think it`s just Lenny, the club generally seems in a better position. Of course, it could go wrong and we lose games etc but we seem headed in the right direction under this ownership and the management team. My only criticism is money still needs spent on the stadium. I understand it`s separately owned, but it`d be great to see the seats red again! I believe you can flame them but this might also make them brittle. Reply |

New screens, Sky in the lounges, drinks guns in the catering outlets, the seating areas seem to get cleaned a lot more regularly, the PA seems to be working better... and that`s without talking about the playing surface. On Lennon, he is good to listen to and seems quite honest (albeit a bit too positive for some people). I gave up listening to post match interviews and pre match previews but have found muself watching them with Lennon (and Bruntskill, who is also good in front of the camera). I think he thought he`d have a few more experienced players to work with but agents have read into stuff wrong and priced themselves out a move. I can see a few of those players looking to maybe come on board in January if we are still in a good place. It`s just good to have a bit of positivity and for us to score some goals for a change. I`ve always fancied some D-A-F-C writing too but the best place would be the main stand, which isn`t the right layout for it. One of the main benefits I see of Lennon is he raises the profile of the club. He`s well known, liked and respected (unless you support Rangers) and he`s someone who will attract talent to the club.
