Author: wee eck Date: Sun 18th Jan 2026. 14:03 I always thought Ngwenya was decent defensively as a left back but had limitations going forward and when NL came in and indicated he favoured wing backs it looked like he was marking time until his contract expired. However, John Tod`s injury and Otoo`s loss of form opened the door for him in a new position and he has made the most of an unexpected opportunity. Reply |

Author: king lad Date: Sun 18th Jan 2026. 16:06 I thought Ngwenya was one our best players last season, not that it was saying an awful lot about the squad but it`s difficult to find decent left sided defenders. Interesting to see how the rest of the season plays out with his contract and a few others that have been in and out the squad. Reply |
