The understanding with Andy Todd and Zak Rudden isnt there yet, but I am sure once it is we will be a real goal threat. G Wardrope Reply |
| 107. Author: McCaig`s Tower Date: Sun 25th Jan 2026. 17:08 Saints web site gives crowd yesterday as 8347. It has it as 5347 now. The announcer wasn`t clear. It sounded like "Mumble thousand, three hundred and forty seven". I guessed at 5347 but I wasn`t sure. I assume the OPTA guy guessed at 8347 and the BBC would have taken their number from him. McDiarmid holds about 10,700 of which a few hundred will be the seats down the front of each stand where you get wet. So about 3k in each side stand and 2K in each stand behind the goals. The Ormond stand was closed and I would guess the other 3 stands were about 2/3rds full which would give about 5,300. The DP has the 5 thousand figure - maybe Ross has better hearing, or found out?
