"We are the only game off in the top 3 divisions."

Delete "are" and insert "were" - travelling Ayr fans especially must be raging.

Surprised that Gayfield is not playable, near the sea and all.

Fog or wind aye.

Not so long ago wasn`t one of our League Cup ties in July/August called off because of torrential rain during the warm-up?

You can get torrential rain any time of the year.

Rovers game, which came after 4 weeks of no rain at all and then we got about a months worth in an hour at 1pm on day of game…..then they completely ruined the surface for the season trying to get it on.

Folk saying that winter is about the football, whilst watching games getting called off here there and everywhere without a hint of irony 😂

How about astro turf? It`s about time the SFA approved the latest generation of astro. Other countries use it. Uefa approves it.

C`mon

I can’t make my mind up about summer football, when I’m sitting in Tynecastle in July, with sunburn and no jacket it on, I’m thinking it’s a great idea. Then when your at Starks Park winning in the New Year derby, I think “thank the big man for winter football”.

I hate the attendance argument, the League Cup games show you that attendances are probably gonna be down in the summer….but I genuinely don’t know what would be for the best.

Summer football…..yet to be convinced

In winter I would rather be watching football. In summer I would rather be riding my bike.

Got my football fix at stenhousemuir yesterday and, the plastic pitch aside, it was an entertaining game played in absolutely perfect conditions for football.
