| 43. Author: Indiapar1 Date: Tue 11th Aug 2026. 10:51 At 25 years old, he probably has 3 years at the top level in Scotland if he can break through into the first team consistently. I wish him well. G Wardrope Reply |

Author: wee eck Date: Tue 11th Aug 2026. 10:59 He`s still recovering from a foot injury suffered in his first match but they now have a three-week break which should help him to be fit for their next competitive game. I`m disappointed he didn`t see a future with the Pars but good luck to him. Post Edited (Tue 11 Aug 10:59) Reply |

| 46. Author: Indiapar1 Date: Tue 11th Aug 2026. 13:14 Lesliepartoo, Tue 11 Aug 11:33 Going on his resulting improvement in performances, it would appear on the surface, that whatever his relationship may have been, it improved him as a player. I believe last season he was offered the opportunity to leave but decided to stay and fight for his place. Good on him for doing that and he has a reward for doing so. I`m sure NL is straight and forthright but also fair. Ultimately a good manager is there to get the best out of you, but that journey starts within yourself in my view. You don`t have to be liked, but just respected. G Wardrope Reply |

| 48. Author: NMCmassive Date: Tue 11th Aug 2026. 13:37 Rumour is NL slaughtered him when he first came in. Gave him a proper ultimatum-get better or get out. I think over the course he improved all round. We’re actually missing his deliveries from the right hand side. Says a lot about Matty but also says a lot about NL and his demand for minimum standards. COYP Reply |

Even the faithful singing his name didn’t get a response. I knew then he was well p1ssed off. Fair play for proving Lennon wrong though as it undoubtedly saved his career at a top level. | 50. Author: Indiapar1 Date: Tue 11th Aug 2026. 15:09 Did he prove NL wrong? Nl played him for most of the 2nd half of the season. It could be as a manager, he saw his potential called him out and he gave him a direction and target. G Wardrope Post Edited (Tue 11 Aug 15:12) Reply |

| 53. Author: Sacktheref69 Date: Tue 11th Aug 2026. 16:26 NMCmassive, Tue 11 Aug 13:37 I didn`t think Todd was a brilliant crosser. His deliveries were often mixed, much like the ones our wing backs are producing now. I think the main difference between him and Kearney is that Todd was more direct in his attacking play. Being a midfielder converted into a RWB, I`d expect him to be a more forward thinking approach rather than that of a defensively minded player such as Kearney. I wish him well and hope the move works out for him, but I`m looking forward with the current squad rather than worrying about players who have chosen to move on. This is Andy Tod`s world and we are lucky to live in it. Reply |

Author: alwaysaPar Date: Tue 11th Aug 2026. 17:00 jake89, Tue 11 Aug 16:06 He didn`t prove Lennon wrong, Neil Lennon knew exactly how good or bad he was, the problem was a perceived lack of attitude at the start of the season which caused the argument A clear the air meeting pointed out the fact to Todd that if he didn`t change and buy in to the management teams philosophy, then he would find himself out of the team and out of contract which would have probably led to an offer from a League 1 team. Lennon got the reaction he wanted for the good of the team and Matty Todd got his reward with the move away from the club he wanted Reply |
