I took my grandson, who lives in Easter Ross, to County v Alloa on Saturday.
Hammy absolutely wiped out the second smallest player on the pitch after 5, got severe talking to from the ref, another humdinger after 22 minutes, then two wee fouls before half time. No booking, and his passing and tidying up work was good.
Highlights: Brian Graham missed two sitters (but then scored a good penalty. County`s 2nd and 3rd goals were rockets into top corners. Hammy set up and scored the 4th. Alloa`s 92nd minute goal was scored from the half way line. two tickets, for over65 and under 18, were £10 and £5.
Hammy is a good signing for County, wish him well.

Was even better than that-he was about 10m inside his own half-quite a goal.

I saw him playing at the Hive last season for Newport. He was superb. Looked a completely different player to the lad we had on loan

I`d only seen the headline when I posted above. I`ve now seen it....what a strike!

It`s a shame it was at 3-0 down and so late in the game. That goal deserved a less muted celebration!

I think we were struggling at the time he came to us. There was always something in there I thought, just never really got off the ground fir us.
