| 41. Author: wee eck Date: Sat 17th Oct 2026. 21:04 Well, Berkey, Barney Stewart, Lobban and Cleall-Harding have all done OK in the Championship. The recent squad had Curtis and Wilson in it and they could certainly shine in the Championship. Everything`s down to Lennon. The stuff on here is hot air. He knows the issue. He can`t understand it as his teams usually have no trouble scoring. The only sitter today was Adams passing instead of scoring. The two that hit the post could easily have gone in and we`d have to find something else to moan about. As for recruitment, there`s not a team anywhere which has got it right all the time. It’s good Tod is involved and getting some game time but that does not mean he’s consistently good enough for the top end of the championship. I mean we’re playing an untested raw youngster up front every week and wandering why it’s not happening for him. Why are we then surprised when he’s having no impact? There were others in the squad who were just as good but you just want to tell us that Andrew Tod isn`t good enough even if he held his own in the Scotland squad. You seem to have preconceived ideas about certain players and nothing will budge you from those views to the point where it becomes an obsession. We`ve seen it all before unfortunately. Reply |
