I went to Lidl in Cowdenbeath. Nothing abnormal bar the usual Saturday morning eejits who walk about aimlessly like it`s their first day on earth. That and the flooded car park. Folk need to get a grip.

I’ve no’ been to the Tesco disco for a while ~ I get their wee Whoosh man to deliver (when it’s weather like today).

Anyone panic buying bottled water in Scotland needs put in an asylum. Still don’t understand why anyone up here buys bottled water for their house either tbh!

Only shelves that seemed relatively empty in Cowdenbeath Morrisons today were the alcohol aisles…..

What would you drink in the event of a mass power outage or an attack on the water supply?

Just realised that the answer is Berkey`s tears at Andy Tod`s continuing goal involvements. Apologies.

You might not be able to drink the rainwater if there has been a nuclear event. That`s why you may need bottled water. I had actually just ordered a couple of power banks, and a wind-up radio, some water purification tablets and that sort of thing last week, which arrived the day the Government issued their instructions

If there`s a nuclear event I suspect 3 days of water might not be enough.

If there was a nuclear event those power banks would last a few days at best.

This was people panic buying over some wind anyway. Utter fools. Same as the idiots keeping their kids off school because of an email.

No true terrorist gives off the location of their attack - it would soften the blow.

Far better to have these provisions and not need them than to need them and not have them.
The one thing we can never say is that we were not warned.

And although my eyes were open
They just might as well be closed
