He has a habit of opening his mouth and putting his foot in it -

`Scottish Labour leader Anas Sarwar has apologised after joking that he looked as if he had suffered a stroke. Sarwar made the comment at the end of a press conference that was being broadcast online. Speaking to a photographer, he said she had pictured him previously in a "stroke pose", adding: "I looked like I had a stroke".

Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland (CHSS) described the remarks as "deeply disappointing". A spokesperson said: "Stroke is not a punchline or a `pose`. It is a life-threatening medical emergency, that has lasting physical, emotional and social impact, on individuals and the people who care about them."

So Scottish Government new nothing about the hospital problems, proved in the enquiry that the BBC and Sarwar ignored.

Surely a resignation matter?

Truth and Labour are quite far apart. And that includes Starmer. In Scotland they have no problem lying because they have major protection from the TV stations and the press.
Starmer never did and his series of u turns, fibs, and all the other shambles have killed labour.
And when you add the job losses that they said wouldnt happen with some major problems in Fife there is a serious lack of credibility.

If Labour was Westminsters last chance to keep Scotland they have failed.

It might not just be Scotland. Wales are going in a different direction as is Northern Ireland which was always just a matter of time

I have to say, seeing England totally surrounded by EU countries should send a message.
