No issue with bringing Kane on of course but to take Young off and keep Yeboah on is just lunacy. Luckily we`ve scored and might well get something from the game... if we lose (and of course we still might) that sub could have finished Tidser off in the eyes of many. Good work by McCann for the goal (as poor as his general play can be, he always works his socks off and is capable of creating things out of nothing) and a proper strikers run and finish by Kane. Maybe a bit of luck as it somehow sneaked in off the post and possibly the goalkeeper but the fact he was there to get something on it shows how important he is to the team. Reply |

Standing much deeper than Chilokoa-Mullen to cover his lack.of pace, and caught out more than once.
