Could do with a couple more if we can manage it.

Goal difference could be key in getting us out of this group.

it’s a positive result and great to get some goals, if we do something similar against Hamilton midweek then it feels like confidence is growing.

Dumbarton relegated last season after going into admin so will be interesting to see how they get on this season, they usually had the pick of the part timers so we’re usually a handy team.

Any reason why mcleod isn`t getting any minutes, especially since we paid money for him?

All over at 4-0. The result we required. Job done. No reason to complain... well done, Pars!

That`s the most enjoyable evening of Pars TV I`ve had in a long, long time.

I know Dumbarton are in a lower division, but the energy and inventiveness of the Pars was just a joy to watch (I missed the first 35 mins though).

So many positives. Two Tods, but of whom were awesome. A Cooper double. A great goal for Kane. Amade looked excellent. Bray was lively when he came on. Kearney (sp?) whipped in so many good crosses. JT breaking from defence. JCM breaking from defence. So many occasions when we lost the ball, but then won in back. Hamilton had a real sense of purpose when he came on. Dummies, wee flicks, jumpers for goalposts etc.

I could go on and on and on.

I can`t remember when I`ve felt this optimistic about a season to come.

Good result and nice to hear we played some decent football. It’s nice to see us having no issue finding the net! The biggest test so far is on Tuesday. Hamilton are a team we’ve struggled against in the past who are almost as strong as last season.

It was a good performance and a good result, but I`m not getting carried away. Still need to see a lot more from KRH, and Otoo needs to work on his crossing if he`s going to be playing wide left. That said, it was great to see the young boys all playing with confidence, and its good to see some different options on the bench. Onwards and upwards.
