McKenna has been ruled out. He would have started. Could be Souttar and Hanley then in defense or maybe one of them and Hendry ?

Gunn
Hickey
Souttar
Hendry
Robertson
Ferguson
Gannon-Doak
McGinn
McTomminay
Adam’s
Shankland

Probably the starting line up

What an opportunity we missed in 2014.

Your team is what I`d expect. I really hope Clarke continues with the front 2.

McKenna is a big loss as he`s quite quick.

Hopefully Haiti don`t have a lot of pace up front as I could see us having more possession but Hanley/Souttar being caught on the break.

Christie has been excellent last two games
I think he`ll start ahead of mcginn, McLean might start ahead of Ferguson as well

Not sure on the personnel, but he should go 3-5-2 to counter Haiti’s set up.
They pretty much have 4 players who don’t track back

In answer to Jeffrey Haiti do have pace up front…. Lots…

What an opportunity we missed in 2014.

2 up front with a 3-5-2 would probably mean no space for McGinn. Ferguson, McTominay and Doak would fill the midfield positions I would think.

Yeah the reports are that they are frighteningly quick on the break which is what carried them through to the tournament... Very much like the Curaçao goal we lost...

Gunn

Hickey
Hendry
Souttar
Robertson

Gannon-Doak
McTominay
Christie
McGinn

Shankland
Adams

Thats how Id like us to line up. Christie sitting in front of back 4 and allowing McTominay free rein.

He has to go 2 up top no matter what. This is a game we should be looking to bang in 3-4 goals from if we are going to progress on just 3 points. The next 2 fixtures will be much tougher.

The embarrassment and ridicule should we not win this game will be off the scale. Failure is not an option but if we do should result in Clarke getting punted on landing at Glasgow airport in a few weeks.
McGinn has to start, he`s simply one of our best players.

And although my eyes were open
They just might as well be closed

I’ve been surprised to hear a few pundits (including his own brother) say on the radio that 2 up front could see him miss out. Stephen McGinn did stress that it was only his opinion and he hadn’t heard that from John.

Nonsense. Haiti are a decent side, tonight won`t be easy!

Jony Placide (Haiti GK and captain) was Oldham Athletic goalie 2017/18.
He was absolutely terrible.
A running joke at the time on twitter was how many times the official Latics twitter account during a game would quote "The game has stopped due to Placide receiving treatment".
He`s 38 now. Shoot at him on sight, they`ll go in.

I blame Andy Rhodes for this!

No surprises, that’s what I thought was going to be the starting 11, although Christie can maybe feel aggrieved at not starting after the way he played in the last 2 games.

Are we going to get a Scottish commentary team broadcasting to a UK audience on BBC?

Shankland is a long way from Somerset Park on a cold Tuesday night.
