I don`t see any "purchases" option CAPar.

There is a "subscriptions" option but that just has that old favourite:

"MORE INFORMATION COMING SOON

We will soon be providing you with further information on how to watch exclusive content as well as live streaming of matches"

I just checked my receipt from when I initially signed up and the fee is listed as "DAFC Live - Monthly Pass (International)" which the new one also says.

This language heavily suggests a one-off, with no mention that it is a ongoing subscription anywhere, which feels a bit scammy especially with no clear way to unsubscribe.

Oh, and the "support site" link on the receipt goes to a dead page, which doesn`t help with the scammy feeling.

I might be being thick and missing something obvious (certainly wouldn`t be the first time) but I`m pretty sure I have gone through all the menu options and then I used the search function but I haven`t found any way to unsubscribe, or even any way to see what I am currently subscribed to, although ironically that gives me hope that it`s a glitch rather than a grift.

Anyway, I have emailed the club so I`m going to hear back soon, although I suppose how soon will depend on how many similar emails they have!

Yeah I couldn’t see where to cancel the subscription either.

Sorry, my initial post could have been clearer. Once you`ve logged into your account, click on the wee head thing on the top right corner of the web page.

That should take you into your account page giving you options such as `dashboard`, `personal details` etc. The last one should be `purchases`.

Head into purchases and hopefully you should be able to cancel from there. I had some issues with my purchases loading on a mobile browser but once I got into a desktop version it was fine.

I'd post a screenshot if I had any idea how to!

They have had weeks to sort this out and the excuses are wearing thin now. Can you imagine the uproar if this was parstv? I’m pissed off with it. Don’t know about others?

Thanks for that CAPar, you`ve been really helpful.

I wouldn`t have thought to click there unless I was looking to logout, since the wee head thing gives every impression that it is the logout icon, given that it seems to be labelled "sign out" despite them being two separate icons. I honestly haven`t seen a worse design for a commercial website in a long time.

Anyway, I went to the part of the website you suggested and it says:

"We couldn`t load your purchases. Please try again." on both the subscription and passes section.

I think I might have to wait to hear back from the club, thanks again though CAPar, I did miss that option but it`s just my luck that it hasn`t worked for me lol

I suspect that LA is right that they have set their location bar in such a way that you can`t even unsubscribe from the UK, so you need a VPN, which can hopefully be sorted soon.

I`d rather just have ParsTV back though tbh, they were shonky and all that, but I trusted them with my card details - DAFC Live has failed that basic test immediately.

“The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command.”

When I click into DAFC Live, the link to the Arbroath game comes on my screen for a millisecond before flicking over to a link to a game against Stenhousemuir in early October.

This happened on Friday too. Fortunately, with a VPN, I could link to the BBC broadcast, but that option will not be available on Saturday.

How many weeks have passed since DAFC Live was launched? Not once has it worked problem-free.

No bother Wotsit, it`s not intuitive at all.

I had the same problem with loading purchases on several mobile browsers but when I logged in via a desktop browser on my laptop, they were there. No idea if that was coincidence although I would have had a VPN on there so maybe that was the difference.

They need to get the whole website sorted out though, it`s brutal.

I am away on holiday next week and when I asked about a monthly subscription I was told to order it through a VPN if in UK. I could also order it when in Tenerife, UK ip addresses are seemingly blocked.
