They finally ran out of steam and we took over. Took a lot of character to come back and Toony got the subs right. He earned the win as much as the team did. Love watching Darcy Graham. Reply |

If he does win it, it would be a great achievement, but he now has an incredible hill to climb to do it and play like that v France and Ireland and we get a spanking again. Reply |
| 28. Author: wee eck Date: Sat 21st Feb 2026. 18:56 It`s how you play for 80 minutes that matters. Ask Wales. A bonus point win away from home in the Six Nations is a great result. Scotland paid the penalty for not playing for 80 minutes against Argentina in November. Reply |

| 32. Author: wee eck Date: Sat 21st Feb 2026. 21:07 How many should they have won in a row? What exactly is a `generation of players`? Who brought these players on? Did somebody just dump them in Townsend`s hands? Reply |
| 33. Author: PARrot Date: Sat 21st Feb 2026. 21:55 What is this obsession some folk have with sacking managers. It is rife on dotnet. Ever since I started posting it`s been the hot topic. Now some want rid of Lennon after 11 months. We are at the top of the league ffs. For a day anyway. Tough having a golden generation when France have one constantly. Reply |
| 34. Author: wee eck Date: Sat 21st Feb 2026. 22:33 15 points down away from home with 33 minutes to go and we won it by 3 points. It`s like the Pars coming from two down and winning by the odd goal. Scottish sports fans must be the world`s worst. There are probably still some who think Finn Russell is an unnecessary luxury. I feel sorry for his partner asking what to get for tea - “well despite having all the right ingredients available it was disappointing and bland last night but let’s do the same again” Post Edited (Sat 21 Feb 22:37) Reply |

I think they were -86 points before kickoff and yet we scraped by. We’ve got the best midfielders in world rugby and they basically saved the game for us. The forward selection was wrong, the game plan was wrong and we could well have been defeated. We should have won 3 from 3 and be top of the championship but we’re not. COYP Reply |
| 38. Author: wee eck Date: Sun 22nd Feb 2026. 09:55 Most neutral commentators commended Townsend for bringing on replacements before half-time, something which rarely happens. Wales`s previous record was irrelevant. The coach has to react to the game as it develops and try to turn things round and that`s what he did. Sport is full of `could haves` and `should haves` but we all know it`s the result that matters. Reply |

Author: Buspasspar Date: Sun 22nd Feb 2026. 12:05 We got it wrong first half but sorted it second half .. was pleased for Wales and their support as they have been though the mill for a wee while now .. Cannot understand why the number 12 did not get a red .. I have seen them given for less .. England film stars were poor once again .. If they had put as much effort into playing as they did trying to influence the officials We are forever shaped by the Children we once were Reply |
