According to a Washington Institute survey in 2023, a staggering 87 per cent of Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza believed that the Palestinian Authority (PA) is corrupt, 78 per cent wanted Abbas to resign, and 62 per cent thought that the PA is a liability.

This loss of popular legitimacy has had real-life implications. Even before the current war in Gaza, areas of the West Bank were practically ungoverned. The international community, appalled by the PA`s corruption and dealing with competing crises elsewhere, reduced aid.

"Diplomatically, outside powers continued to treat the PA as the legitimate representative of the Palestinians. But in reality, world leaders have largely given up on it," the Institute said.

In essence, don`t believe a word the Palestinian Authority says. It has zero credibility.

You don`t have to when the IDF are putting videos online snipering kids.

I don`t wanna go down like disco.

Agreed. But who is to say the snipers are Palestinians? Do you really think this Israeli/US run “charity” would allow Hamas fighters with guns anywhere near the food queues… not to mention the IDF snipers and drones? It stretches credibility if you ask me.

It`s absolutely crazy. That`s attacks on Iran, Syria, Lebanon, and the genocide in Palestine all ongoing at the moment. They are a rogue state, a law unto themselves. They appear to have influence over the US and UK Governments. For the sake of world peace, countries need to work together to find a final solution to stop them

All they could think oglf on the day Netanyahu`s trial was due to start and his government was cracking, all Israel could think of is protecting people by bombing more people.

“An actual genocide” 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ the mask has slipped when you claim this one is actually a genocide yet whats happening in Gaza isn’t. Well done to you sir.

Sadindiefreak must be one of the few people that is on the side of these genocidal maniacs. Make you wonder what sort of person he must be.

In other news today, I see Dianne Abbott has been suspended by the Labour Party for saying racism towards Jews and Gypsies isn`t the same as racism towards black people. I`m guessing the Labour Friends of Israel have put pressure on Starmer to get that outcome.

I also see that a man was charged on Saturday outside the TRNSMT music festival in Glasgow for wearing a T-shirt bearing the message "Genocide in Palestine Time to Take Action". Apparently the Palestine word and Action word were in a larger type face and this is enough to see him up in court charged with an offence under the Terrorism Act. Another guy in Glasgow was also charged under the Terrorism Act for having a poster in his window expressing support for Palestine Action.

A woman was also apprehended by armed Police for carrying a Palestine Flag. It`s some country we live in now.

Meanwhile, in Gaza, Israeli forces continue to break the Geneva Convention by ripping down and razing to the ground huge swathes of buildings and infrastructure.

Wonder how many bodies are buried in amongst the rubble? We will now never know as demolitions take place, destroying entire cities, towns and villages.

Confirmed by BBC Verify as well, using satellite imagery to show the before and after.

Sickening.

So the terrible coach crash gives Starmer the opportunity to say the following:-

There are no adequate words to acknowledge the death of a child. All my thoughts are with their parents, family and friends, and all those affected.

It`s a pity he didn`t have the same attitude to Palestinian children!😡
