Watching his pre-match interview for the Raith game , I sensed a lack of optimism in his tone. At least, that is my interpretation! He ought to understand that it is a derby match, acknowledge our defeat against Falkirk, and assert our determination to rectify our mistakes. The players must be on the front foot from the whistle.

I must admit, his pre match interview gives me the fear, he sounded a little defeated, is he out of his depth?

I don`t wanna go down like disco.

Have to agree that interview doesn’t fill me with confidence. He sounded like a defeated man.

I think that`s his normal demeanour! He never shows much emotion in these interviews.

Incidentally it`s 65 years ago today since Jock Stein was appointed manager. He started with six wins on the bounce after the team had gone 15 games without a win!

But players must take most of the blame, up front like a Sunday league standard of finishing

Tomorrow night is a must win for him I think. We really need to turn a corner and fast, or we are in big trouble of going down. And honestly I would be worried about him being the one tasked with getting us back up if we did.

Was not a fan of this appointment but was more than happy to give him time - but to not be attending tomorrow because my patience has worn thin (with the club) says it all to me about where we are these days. And Ive been at all Fife derbies this year.

For me it`s all about the performance. I hear you but I`d be ok with losing or drawing in the right manner. The Falkirk match was absolutely not the right way to lose.

But we need points, fast.

I’m the same… normally I’d go to Rovers away but I can’t summon the motivation. I’m not even sure I’ll watch it on the telly at this point. As others have said, if we got in teams faces and had a go at them I could stomach the bad results a lot easier.

I avoided Falkirk at home after our last showing at Starks, and even watching on the telly wasn’t fully invested. Have just lost all appetite currently for the club, which is a real shame having been a fan for 20 plus years. As Ive said on other posts its not about winning trophies etc, but the manner in which we play, which in the last 4/5 years has pushed me further away.

I couldn`t agree more, Rusty. If we suffer a defeat but deliver a commendable performance, we can walk away knowing we gave it a go.
I have chosen to remain at home. There have been too many away games where our performances have left much to be desired. I have decided to watch it on tv. The last time I did so, we won over Livi 3-0. Hopefully, the outcome will be the same, and if so, I shall impose a ban on myself from attending, as I may very well be a bad omen.

Don`t blame a single individual for staying at home, especially when it`s on the telly. I`ve decided to go, hoping for a Pars Friday night special that we sometimes chuck out.

To be fair paying a fair wack to watch us underperforming in another big game isn`t for me tomorrow. Falkirk was the last straw as previous posters have said there are ways to lose games and we looked like kids who just had their dinner money robbed.

c'mon the pars

To be fair to Tidser, the last time we played Raith, we beat them 3-1. People seem to be forgetting that. Bvgger all to fear going there, I think we have better players than them, we just need to roll up our sleeves, man up, and get stuck in

I may be mistaken, but I am sure I have seen a statistic indicating that we have not won over them in our last ten encounters at Stark`s Park.

However, I am hopeful that we will go there and give it a go. Tidsers has expressed a desire for the players to play with greater freedom on the park. Let us hope that materialises. Hopefully Yeboah is on the bench, Would be a good start!

I was quite excited by Tidser`s appointment but the continued fancying about and no shots on goal make me look at flight costs and think nope, done for now.

I don`t wanna go down like disco.

Coonsil telly for me. I’d love to see us win with style, but the point(s) much more important atm.

I think it will be the lowest derby crowd for many a year?
