Both our debutants did all right. Maybe a chance to bench A. Tod for a wee rest.
I thought it a shame that Hamilton came on and took the captains band off JCM.
There`s a few good questions to ask now..... how do you play Matty Todd, Kierney, Morrison ... KRH not in the squad today too. Lots of choices has to make it good for the manger to choose from.

Gilmour had the captains armband today.

Thought Thomas done well first half but never really got involved second half. What a shift from Abdulai today though, absolutely outstanding. Same for the entire back line actually, they were solid.

Abdulai is a machine. Watch him chasing down Bowie in the first half where Bowie misses the one on one…well Mehmet saves to be more accurate. He made up five yards on Bowie. Could easily have given up the chase. Pure determination ..Great Signing. Best this season for me…

What an opportunity we missed in 2014.

Wow, just wow…..I live for days like this!! Superb.

Great to see EEP (almost) full and I hope those that are semi regular or never seen, saw enough today to return and we ca start going the attendances, because this squad deserve it.

I said earlier in the week that I just loved Abdualai and so couldn’t wait to see how he does against Bowie, well it’s safe to say he did excellent. As did JCM & Ngwema. What a back 3 and what a solid base to build on (with Mehemt) to go on and win the game.

People will look at the score and an Own Goal as well, but nae no mistake, we deserved to win the game. We controlled the match for long periods of the game and look every bit the SPL side and had we maybe had a wee bit more luck in front of goal, or been a bit more clinical, then it could have been 2 or 3.

The defence will get the biggest praise, but that was very much a team performance and the admiration of the fans at the end were deserved. Like has been said, there were no failures, and players like Gilmour & Fraser hit their usual high standards, but I thought that Thomas looked promising in the First Half and certainly doesn’t shirk the physical stuff and Morrison looked every bit the live wire that he was at Falkirk, when he came off the bench.

It’s not the game to be critical, there wasn’t much to be critical about, but I did find it a bit ironic that we scored from a corner, when they had been dreadful all afternoon haha.

Time to enjoy it, I’m just buzzing, absolutely buzzing and so happy for Lennon and the squad….onto St.Johnstone now, which will be another cracker.

Can`t remember many injury time winners in recent years, so it was great to win it so late with an absolute screamer. I have a slightly sore ankle from excessive jumping.

We did well today. Had to stand up and had to do the basics well, which we did. That meant we were able to compete and give ourselves a chance - it was a very even game and that was the best we could realistically manage against a decent side from a league above.

I imagine Hibs fans will be raging at how they played as they were absolutely shocking at points, but you have to just deal with it as it comes. They pressed us for 10 mins at the end of the first half and had some success with it, so a bit surprising they eased off again after half-time. Our shape was more rigid than it usually is - quite often we drift between a back 3 and a 4 but it looked a solid 3-4-1-2 today. It felt that having no real pressure to attack meant we could just focus on the basics and it worked pretty well. The shape was good and it worked.

Subs also worked well for us. Matty Todd was starting to get pulled all over the place as they loaded that side, and it did tighten up a bit when Kearney came on and Todd moved behind the front 2.

A great day to be a Pars fan. That feeling when the late goal went in is something that`s impossible to replicate in any other aspect of life. It`s powerful, and I think those rare moments are what gives football the power over us that it has.

Abdullai… wow! Outstanding!

Ngwenya and Mullen equally as important and both deserve a mention because they were both impressive but honestly thought Abdullai was next level.

Thought you could really see our strengths and weaknesses today but what a performance, what a result.

Some Saturdays are just better than others

Rigger - I agree 100%. Our midfield and defence stepped up to the plate today. We limited them to 2/3 chances and they didn’t take them. We got the goal.

We deserved that

Hibs were poor given the resources they have, however, I also feel Pars deserve credit for making them look poor at times.

The back 3, wow, each one of them Skerla-esque today imo.

I thought Gilmour was our best business in the summer, but Abdulai is class. Today and against Raith, he was unrivalled in the air. He could easily play a level above.

This is Andy Tod`s world and we are lucky to live in it.

My father spent many years in and around football. One of his favourite sayings was that you can only play as well as the other team let`s you.

Abdulai has come from a very different culture and done brilliantly so far, could easily play in the league above.
