I think the old adage play to your strengths. It`s not that we have bad players for me its more play them in positions where they will be most effective. KRH for me is a winger.

I like JCM. He makes mistakes, but the other side of tgat is that he is brave enough to try things.

On Friday it was just experience that beat us. We will get better as tge season progresses.

The issue is that Hosler doesn’t fit our system, and if Lennon is in charge next season and Hosler can’t adapt to playing as a RWB in the Championship, he might struggle to get a contract.

c'mon the pars

"Can`t believe how KRH is getting a free pass on the opening goal , Andrew Tod passes the ball out to him we are on the attack , Andrew Tod goes down the channel , KRH immediate action is pass backwards to a centre back and putting him under pressure"

Lennon mentions this in his interview. He says that for the first goal we had the ball and "went negative".

KRH to me is fine as the backup RWB, every time I`ve seen Kearney play he looks a significant upgrade, unsure why he isn`t starting at this point, similar with Amade and Cooper who both should`ve started over Oakley-Boothe and Otoo. Alas, hopefully Lennon will make the changes to benefit the team next week

You beat me to it. Can`t believe people are slating JCM. A young lad who is brave enough to come out with the ball and take people on. Yes he got caught out by Easton and this led to a goal. He should have scored in front of an open goal. But FFS he`s a really good find so let`s be reasonable with the criticism. I`d rather he did these things than this negative passing the ball sideways and backwards crap we were doing across the middle.

Fans are fickle, fans were desperate to sign Mullen up last season and then a few under par performances and fans are ready to kick him to the kerb.

Tash was getting really positive reviews at the start of this season, one game against Raith where he’s not great and we get people saying they don’t understand why Lennon starts him.
On JCM, he’ll learn from these errors and be better for it. I do think he needs to work on his offensive headers at goal - he’s had a number of opportunities already this season where he should’ve probably scored from but it’s encouraging he’s getting in those right positions.

Wont get his head on the ball when the Raith player has a chunk of his jersey, it is actually a penalty!

I’ve not seen much about tash getting really positive reviews berry? Was this for the games against the league 2 teams? Or was it based on one half decent performance at Morton in the first game.

It’s not fickle when you consider his performances last season and into this. He didn’t look up for it last season apart from a few 10 minute cameo’s in games which seems to have earned him a deal and nothing has really changed so far this year, he’s not really up for the fight and just strolls around in a league where you have to fight for everything.

JCM is off the boil towards the end of last season and in this but agree he’ll come good, he set up a goal against airdrie and his runs into the opposition half are the only time we move the opposition about and commit them which creates space for others.

The post below replying to me is by one of .nets finest champions of mediocrity!

cause KRH knows he cant beat Stevenson 1 on 1 so go backwards first. stuff about him being at his best as a winger, his best spell was as a wing back in league 1 but he just has not got the attributes to do it in the championship.

I could overlook KRH lack of physicality if he was beating a man, hitting the by line and getting a good cross in but he doesn’t. He turns inside or turns back the way for an easy pass pretty much every single time. I’ve been wondering all season why he starts ahead of Kearney, who looks much more of a threat going forward.

That’s if he even gets the ball, most of Friday was spent hugging the touch line, 1 yard away from Stevenson. He didn’t want the ball.

He’ll be much better as he learns and grows into the back 3 position. Good posts. 👍

KRH looks like he’s missing that bit of confidence still. When he gets wide and attacks he stretches the defence. I mind us all in here talking about how his main weakness was his final ball - he’s not putting himself in position to make the final ball atm. I actually hope he gets it back, him and Kearney on the right would be great. Either one starting/coming off the bench. LB’s would be dreading coming up against us 🤷🏻‍♂️

I feel that KRH hasn`t been at
his best since his last injury. I do
think his confidence has been
dented.
