| 5. Author: Jeffery Date: Fri 26th Dec 2025. 19:12 I read Fowler is out of contract at Queen`s in the summer. He`s scoring all their goals so grossly simplifying they have a choice of... 1. Hold on to him until the summer, have a better chance of staying up, but get nothing for him and possibly have an unhappy player. vs 2. Let him go now, receive a nominal fee, but have their championship status more at risk. At the start of the season there was talk about financial struggles caused by Haughey pulling the plug so maybe he`d be allowed to move on, they would just need a replacement lined up first. Would be a sound investment for us as he’s banging them in for queens and this will severely weaken them. He’s 24 but can’t find anything outside of just his previous clubs so no idea if he’s got a decent record prior to this season.
