Away and get £&@€$# if you think calling someone a f@ggot is just unsavoury then your part of the problem id see the point if chalmers deliberately went out to have a good game but I dare say if he was scoring goals for fun he’d still be getting abuse

Everyone is entitled to their opinion but honestly what do we expect as throughout the season our squad have proved to be rank rotten. We have players who are 1st division calibre…..on occasion they can muster a level of improvement in order to beat a championship team. Irrelevant of how poor Aberdeen have been recently they are well outside of anything we can hope to see pull on a shirt. McCann against raith was outstanding but that was his one out of five good games. We have players who cannot compete consistently so starting to look forward to away trips to Inverness, east Fife, kelty and Dumfries next year

Chalmers is almost never injured and well respected by his team mates due to his professionalism.

Anyone using the `wage thief` patter to describe him is out of order - whether you rate his ability or not.

It`s likely someone with a limited vocabulary who isn`t very good articulating their emotions. I`m sure we`ve all let out a "FFS" at the football, which is natural. Just a shame some people have to follow up with a bit of casual homophobia.

To be fair Chalmers has said hes not a left back ,but would play anywhere the manager asks him to do so ,Its the manager who puy him in at left back ,you could clearly see he was struggling early on and Aberdeen were throwing everything down their right ,how cant our manager not see and act on this

Was he though ? I don’t think he was I thought he handled the threat Jensen and keskenin posed down the right quite well

I’m pretty sure Aberdeen paid £1.5m for those pair?

They’ve spent a few quid. These guys all started.

Jensen €650k
Keskinen €1m
Tobers €950k
Nilson €355k
Gueye €580k

Yet some folk on here think they were there for thee taking.
We did well to hold out until the last seconds of the first half.
We had chances, too, but how much did their defence cost?

They have still not been together for more than two weeks.
The usual first team is practically on the bench now.
Let`s see how we progress over the next few weeks.

I`ll take a tenner of anybody money that thinks we will be either 9th or 10th.

I recon we can do 5th.
4th is a bit of a stretch.

We are 7pts behind QP in 5th place.
We both have 15 games left ( 45 pts)
The last 5 games, we have taken 7 pts, 3 of those matches against the top 4 sides.
QP have gained 4 pts, against similar.

We have just significantly strengthened the squad (opinion).
I don`t know why you are laughing. Perfectly doable.
What is the point being a fan if you don`t think so?

He’s probably laughing because he knows while we continue to try and fail to play it out from the back we will go nowhere fast but 10/10 for optimism mate

Thought Chalmers was OK on Sunday.

Positionally fine and defended well enough, the frustrating thing is doing the `hard bit` then giving the ball right back to them under no pressure with a slack pass which happened once or twice.
