Unbelievable stuff. And to think we are all fairly calm at the start of the week, ticking down the days to PU taking over. Then this explodes....

A massive victory for the people of Dunfermline.

Could not be more pleased for the hundreds and hundreds of folk who have put so much effort into saving the club over the past nine months.

COYP indeed.

My 4 year old came running through when I cheered (he's used to this from a Saturday) and said "did the Pars win?" (thinking there must be a game on today). To which I replied "yes son, they just won the biggest match they've ever played". "Cool" he said. My sentiments exactly.

Just finished a meeting so wasn't able to keep track of this - not a bad way to kick off the weekend :-)

With that, my job here is done. Thanks for all your declarations of love - I'm blushing. Normal service (cakes & penguins) will now resume.

In Scottish Law, the judge has to give a plaintiff or defendant permission for "leave to appeal"...... There is no automatic right of appeal in Scottish courts "without reasonable cause" ................ Or somit like that.

Away for a beer :)

Edit to say,...... MagicParMan...... I like it :)
