Fife council might not have grounds for terminating the lease if Masterton clears all debts[/b] Maybe I'm naïve but has Masterton got any business clearing the debt? 177. Author: Auld_Reekie Date: Fri 11th Oct 2013. 16:13 I hope they're able to explain this decision clearly to the fans. I can't profess to understand all this since it's happened so quickly, but I assume PU can't sign it if it's not in business plan because they can't afford it. Can't exactly expect them to sign it if they don't have the money for it. Reply |

180. Author: Skypar Date: Fri 11th Oct 2013. 16:14 Cara Sulieman @carasulieman 28s Calling up notice would see rent arrears and 2 years rent paid to council but liabilities would stay with club. There's 50 yrs left on lease Reply |
