463. Author: Ahoy!Ahoy! Date: Sat 23rd Nov 2024. 22:23 Lee Bullen really isn’t the answer. If he was any good he’d be in a job, he has a managerial win rate of 37.5%, hardly fills anyone with confidence. Reply |
464. Author: NMCmassive Date: Sat 23rd Nov 2024. 23:23 For me Ian Murray is the obvious choice but that’s not to say he would want the job. Im pretty sure he’s pals with McPake 🤔 If you go down the ex players route who are we talking about? Bullen? McCabe? Petrie? Outside of that, Gary Naysmith and Michael Tidser seem to be doing a decent job at Kelty and Stenny respectively? Kevin Thomson? Maybe an Alex Neil although I suspect he’d want good money and he’s probably been down south too long 🤷🏻♂️ COYP Reply |
465. Author: Paralex Date: Sun 24th Nov 2024. 00:05 Can`t believe some are touting Stevie Crawford for the job. Seems just a short time ago that "Crawford Out" was ringing round the forum, just as loud as McFake Out. Doubt if Stevie looks back on Dunfermline with much affection. Wouldn`t blame him for thinking it`s a poisoned chalice. Reply |

469. Author: Dandy Warhol Date: Sun 24th Nov 2024. 18:27 For me McPake is done and knows it, however he also knows he`s not getting punted whilst the takeover is in the balance, he hangs on and gets paid for going through the motions and gets his eventual payoff, which sadly I understand. I loathe him for it though. I don`t wanna go down like disco. Reply |
470. Author: Pars11 Date: Sun 24th Nov 2024. 18:38 Steve Cooper sacked by Leicester. His record is very similar to James McPake this season. The rot needs to stop before we end up always being adrift even if we do win. That`s what happened under John Hughes. Bluebell Polka Reply |
471. Author: Berkey Date: Sun 24th Nov 2024. 20:59 Theres a new buzz in the air for mcpake. I find it really exciting watching which players will drop out of the team for being murder one week only to be thrown on at half time the next game and be expected to somehow not be murder and on at half time as the players brought in to replace them also happen to be terrible. How many defensive minded central midfielders do we actually have? And not one is any good! Of course he’s holding out for a payoff, he needs it as this will likely be his last full time managers job. The post below replying to me is by one of .nets finest champions of mediocrity! Reply |
