Theres some decent names in that list:

Aarons
Assombalonga
Borini
Lualua
Maguire
Morrison
Wickham

All would be very interesting signings for us……not saying we would be in the market for them mind you!

How many chances has he had? Let’s be kind and say he’s not got the best attitude.

Chris Martin is the one that stands out to me as the “Brewster” type player. Would hold the ball up, win his headers and link up with the second striker.

I’d second that opinion. Offers something different to Kane as well. The 2 could potentially play off each other.

That might suite him. I don’t see him getting past lower end championship up here so he may be able to maximise his earnings down there

might be a couple of the younger guys on that PFA list that would think about coming up here but the "bigger" names, no chance.

Fleetwood Town have signed former Northern Ireland Under-21 international Lewis McCann from Dunfermline Athletic.

The 24-year-old striker has scored 28 goals in 169 games for the Pars, and has penned a two-year contract at the League Two club.

McCann played youth football with Heart of Midlothian and has been with Dunfermline since 2018.

His 10 goals in 2022-23, his career-best tally, helped the Fife club to promotion from League One, and he has scored seven goals in each of the last two Scottish Championship seasons.

I`d say that`s a good move for Lewis. English League 2 is a step-up from our Championship.

Good luck to him. You could never question his commitment and he’s a very pleasant young man.

That`s a cracking move for Lewis McCann, was wondering if he would get signed up, a nice lad and a step up from the Championship.

Nothing wrong with his attitude now Raymie you’re thinking of the young Ravel, at 32 he’s put all the nonsense behind him. He’s done some globe trotting but he’s not had any issues for about 10 years.

Being pedantic he only scored 6 goals to help us to promotion but I guess you need to include goals in the cups (against lower league teams) as that bumps the goals stats up significantly.

Cracking move for him though, the fans certainly won’t be able to question his work rate.

Ravel Morrison has (again had his contract terminated) just finished in Dubai 3rd tier, having previously had his contract terminated by 3rd tier regional Swedish club.

Suggestions get more ridiculous, ok , I will join in the game, for Ravel Morrison, I raise you Nile Ranger!

God knows how McCann has managed to pull this move off. Cracking move for him but he’s gonna struggle massively in League 2.

Nobody suggested he was going to be signed his name was on a list provided by another poster. I said I’d love to see it happen though. He’s a more progressive player than any of our current midfield. His team in Dubai was 2nd tier, his contract wasn’t terminated he left to get back playing in Europe. His salary in the UAE was £625k per annum, easy money. His contract in Sweden was not renewed because of injury and his high wages despite the manager there raving about his talent and his attitude. Good luck with Nile Ranger he’s 💩😄

Have a day off mate. If that’s the comment that riles you up the most on this forum then I don’t know what to say.

Saying a player will struggle in league 2 is hardly online abuse.
