Author: Hoolie Date: Mon 4th May 2026. 21:36 Looks like we will be losing 3/4 players due to being out of contract and getting rid of the deadwood like Mehmet etc. The club has a good eye for a player like Gilmour, Fraser etc so again looking at the Hearts/Rangers boys that won’t get a game and can develop more with us…We also have a good few youth players that deserve a chance and I’m sure if they have a good pre season will be given that. Big pre season for Fyfe if we can keep him then you have GK Margetts and Young McDowell.. Reply |

Law of averages says that they will be more likely to suffer injuries either new or return of old ones, and take longer to recover. Proffessional sport at any level gets harder as the years go by, so a drop off in results isnt a big surprise as far as they are concerned. G Wardrope Reply |
