Author: GJS93 Date: Sat 15th Aug 2026. 13:14 "if looking at what left they havent replaced Turley, Hamilton, Todd and Thomas in terms of positionally and type of player. maybe they could do that in 3 rather than 4 but they need to get that sorted along with few out on loan to balance the squad." so from my post 2 weeks ago Turley returns, Oyirwoth, Lobban and Adams in. Davidson out, presume E.McLeod and Young will go out also which takes the squad to 25, after that any other incomings would surely be 1 in 1 out unless another co-op agreement is done? seems way too early to say thats the squad finished, suppose still a couple of weeks left in the main window to bring in another random foreign player from one of Bord`s other teams. "The squad`s got a bit of depth out now, so I`m pleased about that. "We`ve got Allan and Adams, who have settled in. We`ve got young Tray up from Bristol City, but he`s more of a development kind of player. "I`m just looking for another position or two positions, really, just to cement. Then we`ll have to look at some of the younger ones going out on loan, just to balance the squad off, and make sure they get enough game time this season" Reply |

E McLeod and R McLeod presumably….Think that will be a squad of 24/25 then. 20 named in match day squad, a couple nursing injuries….. hopefully nothing serious and a couple watching from the stands.
