Whoever wanted want has a want about them. I mean if you want me to want what other people want, then I want to want it too, but sometimes I just want to want what I want, regardless of what you want, because wanting what others want isn’t always what I want to want, even if you really want me to want what you want.

Not quite the marquee ✍️ you’re all expecting but I’m happy to be here for another season of the live updates ~ my 18th!

Signing on fee includes buying copious amounts of Coca Cola in legends, a weekly hug fae anyone willing to count their ribs after, and typing a plethora of new players names fer Scotland. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

From the Courier -

Freed Dunfermline midfielder Joe Chalmers could be on his way back to Inverness Caley Thistle. The experienced play-maker’s availability has alerted rival clubs in the Championship but it is understood Caley Thistle have held talks with the former Motherwell and Ayr United player and made clear their interest.

If true, that would be both a statement and a quality signing for our level.

We will be linked with a lot of players mind you.

SF a man with a great career in football and at 38 still has a desire and passion for the game. His experience and qualities would be a huge asset for Dunfermline

He always had a desire to play for Celtic. Maybe he`d settle for playing for Neil Lennon!

Were about you reading that AlterPar?

Wrexham fans loved him last season and thought he was class. Would be a quality signing at this level. Even at 38.

Great news Buffy, rely on you every game so if you ever take a holiday in the Fethiye region of Turkey 🇹🇷 will meet up and the drinks are on me.

I recalled Steven Fletcher scoring a couple at East End as a youngster. I just found the match report and it was over 20 years ago now-some longevity!

A cult hero at Wrexham, potentially a Brewster-esque signing, there would be no complaints from me.

First I have read this, wouldn’t necessarily be against it. He has looked after himself and the Wrexham fans on Twitter were in uproar when he left.

Can`t see SF happening but that would be an insane signing even if he can only play 30 or so mins a game on average

A Scottish football transfer account on X has tweeted that we have bid £80k for Easton, albeit it’s been rejected.

Would take this with a pinch of salt as only has 20 followers 🤣
