I pointed out a factual error in a post about Ewan Henderson when he was on loan to us. Then da no 1 and I were accused of being the same person - and now we`re accused of ruining the thread! As fcda points out, I`ve also been accused of being David Cook (presumably because I posted something in his defence)! I don`t mind a bit of knockabout fun but to be accused of spoiling this forum for others is a total joke. Reply |

Looked decent but the standout player on the pitch that day was Josh Lock for Newtown. 21 year old TNS attacking midfielder. Ironically, got loaned to Caernarfon in January after his stint finished at Newtown. Looked like he could move up in the game, suppose needs to establish himself at TNS first who are obviously head and shoulders above the rest of the Welsh League. Reply |

I can actually say that I like seeing other people’s opinions and have had my own opinions influenced by them. Including Berkey I just noticed that you and Da have the exact same opinions all the time. Not only that, you back each other up and that you always seem to have the opinion that somehow Dave Cook is either right or not to blame. If it’s obviously something that Dave Cook should have had a handle on you’ll post your whole “who actually knows here what Dave Cooks remit/job description is blah blah blah” COYP Reply |

You say you respect other folk`s opinions but that clearly doesn`t apply to mine. I wouldn`t say da no 1 and I always share the same opinion but I suspect we are both frustrated by the tendency on here for posters to form an opinion when not in possession of the full facts. For me that is particularly clear when the role of the CEO is discussed. I wouldn`t like my performance in my job to be criticised in public by people who don`t know the specific terms of reference my employers have charged me with and I would think most reasonable people would feel the same. It`s different for the manager, say, because he operates in full view of the public and his success or failure is more easily assessed - by results on the field of play. Reply |
