He’s probably in the same mould as McCann, works hard but is likely better suited to a move where he can play every week. A decent option for a League One side, and there’s no doubt he’d do a job there. But if we’re serious about pushing for the top 4, we need a higher calibre. c'mon the pars Reply |

If matty goes out then we might even bring a further player in. We now have the strongest midfield at this level for quite a while so you can see matty isn’t going to get the gametime and given the emphasis on youth and potential he’s reached an age where it either hasn’t happened for him or he’s reached his ceiling. Time to move on. On the assumption we have a decent season and Lenny is here next year you can imagine a few who were here last season will be moved on next summer if they haven’t come onto a game, I’m looking at the likes of KRH, Otoo, bene.
